About Lisa
For more than 25 years, I've worked alongside people at every stage of their careers, helping them navigate opportunities, uncertainty and change with greater clarity and confidence.
My career began in the commercial world before moving into Executive Search, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, where I've partnered with organisations across FMCG, technology, not-for-profit, human services, public sector and the destination economy.
Along the way, I've conducted more than 3,000 interviews, giving me a unique perspective on what employers are really looking for and the career decisions that shape long-term success.
Today, I combine that experience with hundreds of hours of professional coaching, supporting people through career planning, career transitions, job searches, workplace challenges and the many decisions that don't always have a clear right answer. I'm also accredited in Cappfinity's Skills Discovery tool, which measures 80 behavioural skills and gives clients a clear, practical picture of their strengths.
My approach is thoughtful, practical and grounded. Rather than telling people what they should do, I help them step back, see the bigger picture, understand their options and make decisions that genuinely fit who they are.
